Episode Review: The Otto Show

Bart and Milhouse attend a Spinal Tap live performance, which degenerates right into a riot. Nonetheless, Bart is impressed because of the band and wants to become a rock guitarist. Homer and Marge end up buying Bart his own electric guitar, but he struggles to discover ways to play it. The following morning on the institution bus, Bart informs Otto he considers his guitar will be broken, but Otto wows his passengers with an impromptu concert. The performance meant likely now late with regard to school, so Otto is forced to push recklessly to reach one's destination in time. The bus brings about numerous incidents previous to turning over upon its side inside the town square.

When Officer Lou wants Otto's driver's license, Otto is forced to admit he won't have a license. He could be suspended without shell out, and Principal Skinner takes over his route. Even so, Skinner finds driving a car the bus hard going, being a less aggressive car owner than Otto, and ends up being trapped in a busy intersection a great entire day. Otto, at the same time, goes to this Springfield DMV but he fails this driver's test that's administered by Marge's brother Patty. He is also unable to locate a new job, and for that reason cannot pay his rent which is evicted from his / her apartment. Bart finds him residing in a Trash Company. Waste Disposal Unit, and agrees in order to let him live in the Simpsons' car port. Homer and Marge disapprove in this but reluctantly accept let him be.

Otto quickly tends to make a nuisance connected with himself. Homer begins to reduce patience with Otto and demands which he be sent in his way. Marge and Bart encourage him to offer the driving examination one last look at. Otto goes on the DMV to get the test once again, angry that Homer referred to as him a "sponge". Patty refuses to let him get the test after having a comment he manufactured about her being born a person. However, when Otto informs her he really wants to pass so which he can prove Homer drastically wrong, she relents outside of spite for the woman's brother-in-law. Otto performs even worse in his second test, but Patty awards Otto his license anyway after they entertains her together with story after account of Homer's elementary behavior. Now an adequately licensed driver (albeit below probationary status), Otto regains his / her job.
